my take away point for supervision today.


who will you focus on?
your clients? your boss? your colleagues?
will you choose to be client-focused or
will you choose to want to please the organization.


many times, pple talk about whats happening and their displeasure behind the decisions.
but who really stands out and voice it out?
(this conversation came when we were talking about working relationships)


when the boat is rocky and you feel nauseous,
look ahead and find for smth tt is stationary(island),
it will make you feel better.
(no more motion sickness!)


in the midst of all the low morale, unpleasant experiences when working,
LOOK ahead, find the focus.
and things are gg to work out! because i know my end point.


and now, i can say the stationary(island) tt ive is,
the people tt are poor and needy.
the journey may be tough,
filled with discouragement, challenges and times of giving up.
but i want to choose to be focus on my ending goal.


"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him,who have been called according to his purpose."
Romans 8:28
i'm glad i hold on, thank you God.

in His timing, our paths crossed.
and i know i'll never want anyone else to replace you.
